Every project starts with a detailed technical and operational analysis. We assess:
Grid connection, transformer capacity and protection limits
Existing electrical infrastructure and competing loads
How vehicles are used, when they arrive and when they must be ready
Operational schedules, shifts and load peaks
Current needs and realistic plans for future growth
This defines the real boundaries within which the system must operate reliably every day.
System design
We turn conditions into a manageable system
Once the conditions are clear, we design the charging infrastructure as a manageable energy asset, not as a collection of individual chargers. Design includes:
Charger selection based on real-world usage, not peak power
Electrical topology and load distribution
Power allocation and energy management logic
Operational priorities and access rules
A growth plan that stays within the available energy capacity
Decisions are driven by how the system needs to operate, not only by hardware parameters.
Construction and commissioning
We build and test under real site conditions
Qerra Technologies supplies, integrates and commissions the system. This includes:
Site preparation and the required technical infrastructure
Electrical works — cabling, protection devices, distribution boards
Charger installation and configuration — directly or through certified partners
Configuration of Qerra OS and the energy-management logic
Integration with the site's operational processes
Testing under real load, as-built documentation and handover into operation
The system is accepted when it works in a real environment, not when it is mounted.
Qerra Care
Our commitment does not end with commissioning
Qerra Technologies remains responsible for the operation of the system over time. Maintenance is a continuous engineering responsibility, not just a response to failure. We provide:
Continuous monitoring of the system and energy consumption
Preventive maintenance based on real data
Management of limits, priorities and access rules
Software updates and adjustments to system settings
Coordinated field service when required
Operational reports for fleet and site management
The system adapts through planned and controlled growth, not through emergency fixes or excess hardware.

One project manager from start to finish
Every project has a Qerra project manager who is accountable for delivery — from the first conversation and initial analysis through to handover and the transition into Qerra Care. They coordinate the engineering team, on-site contractors, equipment suppliers and communication with the distribution system operator.
For the client this means one contact, one accountable person, one consistent view of the project.
Coordination with the distribution system operator
Qerra prepares and submits the documentation required for grid connection or capacity upgrades, including the technical documentation that distribution operators require. We coordinate and lead the communication through to formal opinion and contract.
The client does not have to handle technical correspondence with the distribution operator.
Standards and compliance
We design and commission systems in line with applicable national, European and industry standards for electrical safety, low-voltage installations and EV charging infrastructure, including AFIR and the international communication and operational standards for the industry.

- IEC 61851 — electrical systems for EV charging
- GDPR — protection of driver and user data
